Now the fun bit... reassembling all.. Starting with the front suspension. Had decided on a taking the "refurb with minor improvement" route for this. Didn't want to go too crazy with rock hard bushes as in the end the TR is mainly for long distance jaunts with the odd track lap. So cleaned everything up checked all components and replaced where nessecary. This included
- New trunnions (through bolt completely corroded into the trunion!)
- New second-hand uprights (the trunion thread on the old ones were very wasted)
- All new nuts and bolts
- New Superpro Blue polyurethane bushes on inner upper and lower A-arms
- New Koni shocks (I had perfectly servicable SPAX units already but Colin a CTM can be very persuasive and siad Konis at the front would match those at the back!)
